Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The item is returned with all original parts, components, and packaging intact.
- The product shows only normal handling and is not damaged due to careless use.
- Hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
- If the product was defective upon arrival, you must report this immediately.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if approved, you will receive official acknowledgment within this timeframe.
Miami Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or altered beyond our responsibility.
How do I return my order?
If your return meets the above conditions, follow these steps:

- Reason for return
- A photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
- Your full name and address

Important: Do not return the item to the sender. We will provide the correct return address upon request.
Cancellations
If you are a consumer (a natural person not purchasing for business purposes), you have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you or a designated third party (not the carrier) received the goods.
As we operate with an automated fulfillment system, orders are processed immediately after placement. This means we cannot interrupt the shipping process, and a refund is not possible until the goods are received and returned.
To cancel your order, please notify us via email at support@miami-boutique.com with a clear statement of your decision. The withdrawal is only completed once we have received the returned goods. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Orders in Transit
Our products are shipped, and transit times may vary. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then initiate a return.
To ensure a fast processing time, please send us the return shipping confirmation as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and approved, we will refund all payments excluding shipping costs (and any additional charges for non-standard shipping options). Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive both your return request and the returned goods.
We will issue refunds via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No extra fees will be charged for the refund.
