Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. If you need to make changes, contact support@miami-boutique.com immediately.

We ship within the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:

  • Shipping time: 4-12 business days (on average)

How can I track my order?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required.


3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How do I return an item?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Are your products true to size?
